Investors In People
During May 2011 we were assessed for Investors in People Award and are delighted to announce that the Unlocking Potential Group was awarded GOLD.
The assessment process was complex (as I am sure those of you who have been through the process are aware).
The award has been give to the Unlocking Potential Group and applies to all of those companies within the group.
The Unlocking Potential Group comprises three small companies each with a specific purpose:
- ETC Ltd incorporated 1998 – specialises in EU funding consultancy to public, private and large charitable organisations securing EU funding.
- Gibran(UK) incorporated 2006 – not for profit social enterprise working with individuals and organisations that represent individuals who are marginalised and socially excluded.
- Unlocking Potential incorporated 2005 – a training and consultancy company providing training to individuals and organisations.
The following extract has been taken from the Investors in People Assessment Feedback Report which concluded:
“Having carried out the assessment process in line with the quality assurance guidelines monitored by Investors in People Wales, I recommend that Unlocking Potential Limited meets the requirements of Investors in People Gold status.
Achieving Gold additional recognition represents achievement of world-class best practice and shows you are a truly cutting-edge organisation operating at the highest levels of people management practice”.
